Aquareal RO Water Purifier
Not providing service in warranty periode

I have purchased a new water purifier of RCM Aquareal brand from RCM Bazar Goregaon (East), Mumbai in the month of Jun. It has two year warranty. Its SMPS has been defective after installation of 3 months. it is defective for more than one month. I am a serving soldier deployed in J&K state. My aged parents and wife had complains every day for repair of that one. I had requested to repair on even payments because it cause health hazards to my family but RCM Bazar Goregaon (East), Mumbai not giving ear. they are making excuses for non availiabilty of SMPS and I am not satisfying with this answer because even after investing Rs. 1- I am facing problem.
