Defective Product

I purchased an Aquareviva (R O filter) from Eureka Forbes Limited over a year back. Immediately after the product was installed it started giving trouble. Water was not getting cleaned and there were large number of physical impurities. I keeps on compalining to the local service centre. Every time after three or four reminders and followups the technician will turn up. He cleans the filters and promises that the complaint is sorted out once for all. After one or two months the same things happens again. The company service center has no concerns for the customers health, their attitude towards customer services absolutely negative. This is the worst service i have ever experienced.
