RO Water purifier problem

Hi,

We have bought a new RO Water purifier system from Aqua Tech company (chrompet chennai - 9444606204/9381360604). The prop for the company is Saravanan. We have bought it just 3 months back and we would have hardly used it for 10 days. They have given us contact numbers which will not be answered. We have been making continous attempts to reach that guy but in vain.

I have some SMSes which i have sent to those numbers regarding the problem. Please let me know if in someway i can sue him. The product is under 1 year warranty.
