Subject Rs.1500/-. Charge as One time charge when we closue Relaince service, even if we had returned Modem and telephone Instrument.

Dear sir,

we are using Reliance communication Broad band connection Combo Plan since Sept - Oct,

Now we have shifter to new location, and we have request to Reliance comm. to shift our connection to new location at Ajit Mill Rakhial Ahmedabad 3800023, but since they are not having service in that location so we had request to cancel our connection.

they had informed us Shifting chge from one location to another location is rs.500/-. and

if we cancel the connection then if we do not return Modem Equipment then we have to pay Rs1500/-. and for Non return of telephone equipment then we have to pay rs1250/-.

but sir we had return both the equipments, there executive has collection from our office. and given us the receipt. then also we have received the Bill asking for One time charges.

it is return as One time charges for early closure of service,

we kindly request you please look into the matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

we have attached copy of Bill and Proof of return of modem and Telephone Instrument.

Please arrange to correct the bill.

In no way it is written as One time charge will be charge while closing the connection / service termination...
