Receipt of balance money

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I traveled by IC 686 from Muscat to Ahmedbad

On 2.10.2009 by ticket No. ETKT 058 9694100478 and PNR reference RM

33L3 with 55 kg luggage without a hand luggage. I am traveling frequently

By every 8 months by AI to India from Muscat since last 4 years.

Even though you have charged extra 10 Kg @ OR 31.500. At Muscat airport

cash counter, for easy changing I paid OR 51.500 at that time I was little upset to this

heavy charges and because of that reason I forget to get back my balance amount

OR 20.000 from the cash counter and the authorities also not bothered to return

the balance amount. After the completion of all the security checking and formalities I went to gate. After wards I remember to get back my balance money. But the security officer didn’t allow me to go back to the cash counter. Immediately I informed your

officer who was on the duty at the gate. But he couldn’t able to help as he was busy.

At the same time he advised me that, while you return from India bring the excess baggage ticket foil No. 058 4511 134 916 1 and he will try to cleat the same at that time.

Now I would request you to if it is possible please deposit that much amount (OR 20.000)

In my account No. 0317008951180013 at Bank Muscat or encash the same amount in Indian Rupees at my home town., Baroda.
