ATM CARD NOT GOT

Dear Sir,

I am working in SULTANATE OF OMAN, to open a NRI account i went to SBI of my city, there they asked few things to be submitted like passport copy, visa copy, local address proof, foreign address proof, my appointment letter etc. I given everything, but forget to ask about my ATM card and came to OMAN to resume my job here. During next vacation i went and asked about my ATM, they replied that since my address in their records is of OMAN, ATM card will be delievered in OMAN, but i can not withdraw indian rupees. I informed them during my opening of account whatever they asked i given, they asked both address, so i gave both. But now it has been a long arguement with them but still i have not got my ATM card. In my every vacation i go to bank but always they argue and give some excuse, but ATM card still not got. Request you to please help me so that i get my ATM card from which i can withdraw indian rupees when I am present in INDIA.
