Violation of WARRANTY Agreement

My monitor: S7M50, S/NO - M9C62A122356, the display is not working
fine. I mean, there is some problem with the CRT, whenever I start my
system, the display is half screen and I need to shake the monitor to
correct the display.
This problem started a week ago and i registered a complaint in the
Number - 25492043 (Arcamax Customer care) AND EVERY DAY I HAVE BEEN TOLD
MR. SATYA WOULD VISIT BUT NOBODY COMES. I bought this system on
19/04 and its still under Limited Warranty (36 months in the
warranty Period).
They are not lodging my complaint and behaving in a discourteous manner
to a consumer whose system is under Warranty Period which is highly unacceptable. I have also registered a complaint in Consumer forum.
