Violation of building Bye law

Dear sir,

I have come across a building about half a kilometer from BDA office at seshadripuram first mail road, diagonally opposite to commercial tax office and opposite to Bhimas restaurant. The plot is a corner plot. To my surprise this building does not have any set back and is abutting the road. Request you for suiltable action
