Complaint against nighbors

Sir,

With due respect it is humbly submitted that I, Nitin Kant residential of 22 Bazar Lane Bhogal Jangpura New Delhi 110014 want to draw your kind attention towards the bad activities in my area,

this is a complaint against my neighbors who is making our area full of garbage and illness, on the front of my home an empty space has been occupied by these people and occurred lots of garbage and also going for toilet there, as a gentle man I request them not to do it again, but inspite of removing this garbage they trying to harass my family and other people. They straight away said that they are not doing this but this is there daily routine. That property does not belongs to these people because its back face of that property. I also complaint to the owner of that property but he is not be very much interested to do any soliution. My naighbour are not having a good police records also and they were not seems to be good for vocabulary. Even when I told them that for this I am going to take legal action they were not response me back.

Now the situation is so bad human urine is flowing in street, Dangue is taking birth recently, Malaria and other unhygienic decease are on arrival,

Now the result is kids are playing on same place, no body can easily pass through from that area nobody can park any vehicle there as it may cause for traffic also

I request you to kindely have a look on it and take a legal action towards this complaint and help me out to remove and to clean this area because this a matter to clean the city as we need to start from our area
