Personal lone verification method

Dear,

I apply a personal lone for my marrige on 07/09/09, on 13/10 a mail written by HDFC concer persons taht is bellow,

The application has been rejected, due to following reasons:

1.You are bachelor, staying alone/friends.

2.We have visited 4 times to your residence address, but every time door lock.

After west my one month they send a failure report, why HDFC person are accept it when I submit my all documents? When I put information through smart apply why this option are not in there?

1.If any person whose parents are dead, He has not ability to get marriage lone?

2.My office address and my residence address are very near, why they are not call me?
