Pan Card not recieved

Sir,

I had apllied for my pan card on sep9th till now i hav'nt recieved it. when i checked in the website for its status, its showing under process, but my friend who applied two days before from the date on which i applied, recieved his pan card soon after 2 weeks from the date on which he applied. so how can i know what is the problem exactly and wheather it will get issued or not?
