Activation of CUG Plan

I am airtel customer since 2 years. I am working in aricent (Plot No-31, Sector-18) gurgaon. My mobile number is 9818477184.I have taken 298 cug plan for one year advance rental of 1198.After One year comletion an customer executive called for activation of new plan, I have changed it into airtel celebration 298 plan, advance rental of 1495 for 2 years. He said that your no is in corporate plan. But this no is not in CUG. I want to change it into CUG plan.
