I have received some sms on my mobile that says" Congratulations!!! Your mobile number has won you 250 000 Euro in the Nokia Mobile Promo for your claim call : 34 651 672 221 or Email: nokiacompany13@yahoo.com " So I sen them Email and I received an Email in return to fill a form and then they made some telephone call to me and asked me to pay the delivery cost of my cheque parcel.

It seems a little funny.

I don't know what to do?

Please give advice.
