Landline 240261 is not working since 5-6 days

Dear Sir,

My telephone No.240-261 under Uppada exchange (edakkara) since almost 5-6 days the landline telephone is not working, complaint already raised but due to cable problem in Nettikulam nobody taken any action, I shall thank you please arrange the connection in working condition. Your invoice showing disconnection after expiry of bill date but consumer is not getting proper services.
