Arise Water Purifier RO
Defective unit

Dear Sir,

I have purchased an RO of Arise company in the month of Oct/Nov as I was not satisfied with this unit. The I file the companint in Mediation cess in Delhi. At one stage he was ready to take back the unit & I am ready to bear a loss of Rs-. but on the settlement date be back out from his words & now I want to file the case against him so that the dealer & his company should be penalised.
