(shortage of officers) -solution at door steps

In spite there being roughly 12000 officers shortage in Indian army it is not recruiting the selected candidates who have cleared the services selection board and medicals due to their low position in merit there is no question of merit when there are n no. of vacancies in Indian army and they are not advised to compensate with the standard or quality of officers but these are the selected candidates for army.

It lower downs the morale of such young and bright generation of India who wanted to serve our nation and even made efforts for that and even they proved that they 'YES I HAVE IT IN ME' but are not given a chance.

it would be very grateful if all the selected candidates are accommodated as we all are ready to serve the country with full dedication. I hope Indian Govt. takes some steps to accommodate all selected candidates as we are willing to serve our country just give us a chance.
