Dear Sir/Ma'm

On 25th Jan 11, Mr. Kaushik From bluedart (074286-95797) had called me and told me that if you have any parcel for courier we will take from your's office and send it on same day and Parcel will reach in 24 hours.i called him to my service dealer office in CLIMATE SCREW, 37/38 khizrabad G.Floor, Near lions kidney hospital, n.f.c New Delhi.110025, Mr. Kaushik had sent Neeraj (08826747573) for pick up the parcel, and he gave the Docket no.13066578672. and he had committed to my Dealer that he will provide the Recepit next day. Till date (30 jan 11) After the lot up follow up to both, i did not got the receipt neither i know that where is my parcel, i'm tracking with this docket no on net, it shows that docket no is not correct. i had sent a Digital controller from delhi to Haldwani, due to this controller m/c is shut down since 5 days. it effects our sales target Approx 15 thousand per day. Pls help Me... to search this parcel
