Staff of Arora Gas Agency has been very irresponsible in catering to the needs of consumers. When we call them to book the cylinder they either do not pick the phone or they abuse the people who call them for booking. On reaching them personally they misbehave and treat as if beggars has come to their doors. They have also transferred our account to some other branch from Geeta Colony to Khajuri.

I request you to kindly transfer our account to that same old branch at Geeta Colony and make regular delivery of cylinders. It seems as if they are into black marketing of our cylinders that they don’t have cylinders for the consumers.

I request you kindly look into matter. It is not our problem but several consumers are being haunted by them. So with one great action you can help many of us.
