Hellow sir, i am your saving account holder in your porbandar branch. sir i have one complain about your branch manager and staff. sir on 2-4-09 about 2 pm i was use my atm card in sbi bank atm machine in porbandar but i was got error both time. and then i was check my account on next day than i was got more amount debited from my account and that amount which i was got error and it is not small amount but Rs 4000. After this was happend i was make application of complain of that error . after this your branch manager was told me that your amount will got after some months and it is not fixed. Than i will awaiting of my money but at present i was not got my amount. And your manager not give me any response so please kindly inform me that when i will get my amount of Rs 4000. please inform my. ok sir.
