Not receieved books but payment already remitted

I had sent an e-mail to you on 28th Nov'07, a letter to the manager of your co. on 13th Dec'07, an e-mail on 19th Dec'07 and another mail to Baljeet@indiatoday.com on 30th Jan'08 and number of calls to your office regarding the books ordered and CDs sent back to you.

I had placed order of books in Sept'07 and Oct'07, which till date have not reached me BUT YOU HAVE ALREADY APPROPRIATED THE SUM rs.885/- 3, 060/-=RS.3, 945 FROM MY CITIBANK CARD.

On 12thDec'07 I had received a VPP for rs.500/- containing 3 CDs of Britanica Books Buddy Knowledge series, which I had not oredered for it and due to the degarded packing quality all the CDs were damaged. The CDs I had sent you back on 5th Feb08. Till date no answer!!!

Either send the books and CDs immediately or return the sum, otherwise I will go to consumer court.

IT SEEMS THAT YOU ARE DETERMINED TO GO TO JAIL FOR CHEATING
