Buses not stoping at stops though its empty

Hello Sir,

I am travelling daily by bus from Mulund to MBP, Mahape by bus no.512 ltd.

The buses dont stop at the stops after Sonapur signal while travelling from Mulund to MBP, Mahape. Also while return back in evening they won't stop after Mahape Naka inspite of the buses being empty. Conductors simply rang the double bell and watch the peoples who are standing and waiting for bus.

Kindly see to it the buses do stop at the bus stop whether passenger want to get in or not.

It is really very sorry state for the passenger to wait for the bus and when the bus comes it does not even bother to halt at the bus stop.

Please look into the matter and try to do something.
