We have invested in these bond. which are matured in Oct but i have not received cheque of our redumtion amount dispite of submitting three/four times a leeter of undertaking for issue of duplicate cheque. Proper bank account number along with Micr number is also mentioned in the application form.when contact on phone they have not co-oparated. just say your cheque have been received back. I have given to them alternative address. but still not received the redumtion amount. as well as some cheques submitted for revlidation.
