Late delivery of ARS Bond, validity over

Sir/Madam,

I have ARS Bond in the name of 'SHIVAI SHARMA'. The interest for the period of of 1.4. 30.9.2007 was delivered to me along with the interest of next quarter i.e 1.9.2007 - 31.3. so the validity of the previous interest warrant was upto 30 Nov' so i cant credit that amount because of the lapse of validity. Kindly do the needful so that i can credit interest of the previous quarter mentioned (April'07 to September'07).

Also, there is a mistake in the spelling of my name, kindly correct it from 'SHIVAI SHARMA' TO 'SHIVANI SHARMA'
