Arshans Systech
System Memory not installed as committed

I ordered a Lenovo Desktop on 9th November from Arshans Systech Chennai. Configuration told by the sales rep Intel Pentium Dual core processor with 1 GB RAM. Got the PC on 10th november and on 11th November the technician came and installed, i asked him to show the configuration. i found it had 512 mb ram. the technician said he would get the missing 512 mb ram in 2 days. till date 18th november i am still waiting to get that installed. i have called multiple times to different people in Arshans Chennai office to no luck. I am just left with one option to go to the Consumer Court, which i have decided to go.
