Arsh gas Service Tarsika
Without Gas for want of Stationery

I am consumer for the indane LPG gas since 1984. Being in service I have transfered many times my consumer number from different indane agency. This time I am realy facing challange. Before getting tranfer voucher issue I confirm from Arsh Gas Service that I want to transfer my connection to them as they are derlivering the gas to the doors in my village. I was told that there is no problem, just get the termination voucher from the old agency (Ajit Gas agency Ghoman). I made the termination voucher from the said Gas Agency on 8th Jan. When I contacted Arsh Gas Agency they said they do not have forms (Stationery) and they will get it in a weeks times. From that time onward I am running to the Arsh Gas Agency every week and they have only one Answere that they did not get the forms yet try next week. I am without Gas since that time which is almost 1 1/2 month now. I have told them that give a sample form so that I can print the form if they do not have but no avail. They say form must come from chandigarh then only they can issue. This case is not only with me but with many people. Can someone tell me the procedure to get the form so that i restore my Gas connection.
