BPO CHEATERS

Hi

My name is Naushad from Mysore. We are running a small BPO company here in Mysore.6 months back when we were in search of new projects, these two companies from Madurai (National Groups, owned by Mr. Reyas & Ar tech solutions, owned by Mr Arulsabari Nathan) approached us and offered us one project. And they wanted us to pay them some money for starting the project. We paid them 2, 30, 000 for that and have given a cheque for Rs 1, 00, 000.I have all the details of the cash transfer and receipts given by them. We waited for 6 months for the project and they not only gave us the project but they are not ready to give back the money also now. When i spoke to them going legally to get back the money, they are blackmailing me by saying about the cheque. They are saying that they will make the cheque bounced and they will file case on me. I have asked my bank to cancel the cheque. I had given it for the guarantee purpose. Please let me know how i can get back the money from them and sue them for the cheating business they are doing...
