PF amount settlement

Hi This is Brajendra, have applied for PF from last 6 months. my privious company Artemis HR Services dont even reply well and not share PF form submit ackhnoldgment in PF Office. I have also Registered a Grievance on http://epfigms.gov.in/ but received massege by grievance PF Form not received by Employer and when after 15 - 20 days i am accessing that complaint what they do in their online site.

So please take action againts my employer for not submit PF form becouse we have submit form before 6 month ago and not share acknoldgement. MY PF NO IS
