Artha Health Options
Not received any pacakge from Artha Health Options after paying 2000

Hi,

I am the member of Artha last year, but havent used any of their options and my membership got expired, this year in April first week, Salim from Artha called me for renewal of my membership and he pestered me for 10days to renew it over the phone, i have renewed and payed them - . he promised that i will get the Kit in a weeks time, this is on April 14th,

Till now i havent received the Kit, i have called them 10 times and none of the Artha guys are interested to trace out why i havent received, they simply ask me to call a courier company, i called courier company, they asked me to find out from my company security (where they claimed that they delivered).

My company security dont have any clue that some thing from Artha got delivered, where as courier company's delivery slip doesnt have any signature of the person received other than the company name.

Arhta team is not bothered to get this resolved.

My advice to all, if any one calls from Artha for membership, done believe and pay the money, they done have basic customer service competencies, I am not sure how they can deliver Health care services.

I will post further transactions with Artha in this same place
