Dear Sir, I purchased one "Arthur 4 door Wooden wardrobe 203 code 800001485" from Home Town Bangalore on 5th April and paid full price Rs.54320:00. This Wooden Wardrobe was to be delivered to me at my Pune address: Row House No.23, Roseland residency Phase II, Pimple saudagar, Aundh - PUNE 411027. on or before 11th April. (I live in Bangalore but have built house in Pune). I went to Pune on 11th April and waited for the delivery. I was told by Home Town that their computer is not able to print invoices and therefore delivery cannot be made. I had to come back. I have been trying the telephones of your responsible persons but they just do not lift the phones. No response. Can you please help me in fixing a firm date and time at which the delivery will be made in Pune. Hope to get a reply from you.
