Acknowledgment card not received

I have not received the acknowledgment card for iit jee exams 2009.my application form number is 9511965. i had send my application form through speed post on 10th december and the last day for receipt of form was 24th of december.my speed post number is EE2324452311IN. even on tracking the speedpost no i'm not getting any details. also i'm not getting any help from the post office.

sir also when i didn't receive my acknowledgment card, i verified it from jee office by sending a sms and i was informed that form had reached jee ofice and was under scrutiny. the official site of jee even announced this but when i made a complaint i was informed that form has not been received.what should i do. please help me out.
