Fraud & Cheating

I have applied for flat in Haridwar which company failed to construct and then I asked for refund of money. I have been given dates after dates to accept the request first and than 3 month post dated cheque is given which I know will bounce as this company is fraud and people working there are practicing malafied practices.

They openly challange you to go to court and whatever you want to do... do that.

The cheque given to me was bounced and now I do not know what to do as I am not getting any response from them.

I had a luck to speak to Mr. Malik who told me to give the bounced check back and they will issue the another cheque (for which I do not trust this company at all)..

People who are dealing with this company, please aware they are not "Building Trust" but actually here to do fraud.

Any help to deal with them and get my money back will be highy appreciated.
