BOOKED REFIEL CYLIENDER BUT NOT RECIEVED EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS

I have beeked for cyliender against my consumer no.11115 at agency no. 01722633529 around 15 days back and I was told that I will recieve cyliender in 7days but till date I have not recieved any thing. Also I was not provided any booking no. Now I have been trying to inquire for the same on the above tel. no. but no one pick upthe phone, Have been trying since last 6 days daily but no reply and today when inquired it is told that we have delivered syliender on 31st August??? which is not true. Please look in to irregulatory by agency and take action for immediate delivery of the same.
