Washing Machine- EW 1080 F Not Working

Dear Sir,

This to inform you that we have purchased washing machine for our laboratory use in August from M/s Kings Electronics, Panvel

Above Washing Machine is not working since last December.

(Fault - E 20)

First Complaint given to Kings Electronics On dtd 12/12 panvel. Then we followed up with Mr. Padmakar (Service Incharge, Navi Mumbai). He tried to repair the same at our taloja factory but failed to repair. Then he instructed us to send the same to authorised service centre M/s Cool World at panvel.delivered there on 25/2/08.He has informed us to deliver in week. but again he failed to repair. then we contacted Mr. Atul (Service Head) he promised to investigate and try to help but there is no result finally i approched Mr. rajgopal (Branch Head, Mumbai) for help.he spoke to atul about this and promised to deliver in 2-3 dyas. Today i.e 31/5/08 we contacted Mr. atul for delivery of machine. he expressed that they are not able to repair the same and they will send it back without repair.
