Excess-billing, stolen items, damaged items

I used the services of Aryan International Packers & Movers for domestic and international shipments of house-hold goods.

Domestic shipments were delayed, and in one case there was extensive damage for which they took no responsibility. That shipment took almost 20 days vs. the promised week.

For the international shipment, each box had been opened and all items were in complete disarray. All the expensive items had been stolen, and most of the crockery was broken. They took twice the promised time to deliver. Clothing items were crushed and dirty.

Also, they kept dealing through 'sister concerns' with non-functional websites and email IDs, so that till the last minute there was no specific information on the delivery. They admitted that they were withholding the exact information as they could do that till everything was not paid in advance.

Then after we find that things are missing, they tell us that things were still with the India customs for 'safety reasons'.

We are still struggling to find some resolution to these issues, and it was the worst decision that we could have made to use them.
