Arzoo.com, biman bangladesh
Fake tickets & no flights

I have booked two return air tickets between Kolkata (ccu) Bangkok (BKK) dated 04-11-09 on 19-09-09 from arzoo.com (travel agent) of Biman Bangladesh (Airline) from Kolkata to Bangkok via Dhaka. As per the tickets, the no. of Kolkata-Dhaka flight is BG092 and time 1100Hrs. After reaching the airport on 04-11-09 from Guwahati found that there was no flight bearing No. BG092 to Dhaka. After a phone call to the helpline of arzoo.com known that the flight no. had been changed to BG094 and the time is 0150Hrs, but the travel agent did not feel the necessity to inform me. After some more phone calls to the Biman Bangladesh Airline office known that there was no flight to Bangkok from Dhaka (flight to Bangkok waived 6 months earlier and no flight till January). I along with my wife then returned to Kolkata and taken another two return tickets for the same for 05-11-09 from another airlines on higher price. We were going to celebrate our second marriage anniversary on 04-11-09 and for the same occasion our relatives arranged a party in the Dhaka airport, but due to our absence dismissed and waste lots of money and time of many others. We cant reach Bangkok in time and the airline agency did not showed any interest to make any other arrangement for us.
