Courier is not delivered even after 43 days

I had sent some documents thru DTDC Courier Ltd on 10 Oct, 08 to Grasim Industries Ltd, Mumbai. After 8~10 days they called me that they are waiting for courier because of it was containing very urgent documents for supply of raw material. but due to not delivery of same we are suffering still and i had talked DTDC persons from Franchisee to their CMD, Mr. Subhasheesh Chakravarty but reliability doesn’t seems any where. Now I have decided to take this case to Forum. After a long chase up I get this experience that it is better to go with our Postal Dept.
