Company not paying salary properly & not giving my original certificate

Dear All,

This is surya i am working for TCS.Under the payroll of ASAP infosystems. At the time of joining ASAP team taken my degree original certificate. Now, i am going to process my passport. I am asking my original certificate they are saying as per our HR policies we are not going to give your certificate before leaving the company. What i have to do. Every month they are paying salary after 10th as per thier possibility. As per my knowledge if company policies has been chaged then they have to circulate all employees. ASAP team asking altenative certificate for my degree original certificate.
