Possession delay... no work started

I am also facing the same problem... booked a flat in April... The possession date told was Feb. and now its 2012... There is no allottment letter issued... no bank loan till now..the approval for tower B C and D are not yet clear from GDA... if i ask them to cancel my booking ..they are talking of 10% cancellation charges... on what basis they are asking for cancellation charges as there floor plans are still pending for approval from GDA.

Please mail me so that we can do something for a solution.
