Ignorance of the complaints

I have lodged a complaint saying that we have low voltage in the borpThar area near the bihu dhap near juria namghar path Tinsukia at 8 pm. They did not note down who complaint. Whole night there was no electricity. Next day when enquired they did not send anyone as there was no driver. Then they provided electricity at 12 pm with low voltage. Again we complaint but till now it is not there. Please act on this immediately. Already the whole assam is considered as village because of this attitude.
