My pan card dispatched in again your office by post office, because postal address is not proper printing. (building no 7, "a" wing) not included in postal address. Post office staff called me on 30th july.

Received I.T. pan service centre at 18th jul.

Application SR. NO - 075127642

Processing fee coupon number - 515636440

I got messege by sms - My pan card CDKPK3005N. speed post no- EA67282397OIN.

Can you possible again to send my pan card? plz., suggest me. Otherwise can you send address about your mumbai offices.
