Ashok leyland finance
RC book not recevied

I purchase a TVS-Victor at kumbakonam, through –“Ashok leyland finance”- I fineshed my all (24 dues) in aproper manner-my due date is 7th of every month but I pay all dues before that, I have all cash recept. The due is finished on 2 years ago but they didn’t give my RC book.
