Wrongly deactivation of machine

The C C machine was wrongly deactivated. Monthly maintenance charges are debited to account #018305004744 were without any prior notice and against the assurances of FOC at the time of installation.

I asked to call centre representative to waive the charges since we cannot afford for the charges in future too.

Accordingly I submitted a request letter at Begum-Pet Branch in Secuderabad a month ago.

Till now nothing is responded.

I am deprived of the facility and waiting for the reversal of the charges debited.

Kindly revert the charges and reactivate the facility FOC.
