Non delivery of my cargo

I booked my luggage of books (my lifetime collection), clothes, cooking utensils, my certificates, decoration articles and other house hold article. There is no liquor, electronic goods, or any prohibited articles in my luggage. I paid 170 pounds for 78kg luggage including suitcases and holdalls. This was in June. I wrote several times but the agency did not give me any reply nor my luggage could be tracked. I told about this to M/S Asia Cargo. Now i returned to India permanently.
