Asianet cable
No response for connection shifting request

I am an asianet cable tv subscriber with id AG09900386. 10 days before i had mailed at customercare@asianetindia.com for "cable tv and internet connection shift request". Hopefully data line team responded immediately and did necessary action in time. But since then calling at the Asianet office at Kazhakkuuttam and Paangappara in regular intervals are not doing any thing good rather than telling silly excuses day by day. Its very irritating and I am planning to discontinue with Asianet if they are going to behave like this.
