Asianet cable
DTH not working

I have paid my advance subscription for the period from Feb.2008 to Jan. 2010. when I switch on the DTH I am getting the message " Unauthorised Channel". I complained to the local office, Chalakudy on 07.03.09. There is no rersponse from them till now. I think this is a lapse on the part of Asianet.
