Asianet set top box not working

My set top box Model No. is Cisco Z255DVB-NM and my internet connection customer code is PTV 7152. For the past 3 days my set top box is not working. I am a customer of asianet cable line as well as the internet .i would be highly ovliged if u will kindly look into this complaint and do the needful immediately. a line in reply will be appreciated.
