Cable TV connection failure for 6 weeks

I am a asianet cable consumer, I living in Edayaranmula (Manammoottil, Edayaranmula, Pathanamthitta DIst, Kozhenchery - Chengannur Route) My connection is failurefor 45 days ago, I complained to asianet office ph no. 0468 3297402. They said there are some work is in progress. but after 1.1/2 months still there is no solution to the problem.
