I had subscribed to this scheme on September paying
Rs 3250/- (Installation and subsciption charges) My consumer number is AA01230099.Often the message is shown in the TV
as validity of subscription expired whereas my subscription is
valid upto August. Inspite of reminding Asianet nothing is done on this discrepency. On 13th April I have been trying to reach Asianet office for lodging the complaint on the following Tel Nos 04713016666, 04713071239, 04712575353. Nobody is lifting the telephone, is it because it is a Sunday and the consumer is bound to suffer for buying this STB. Let me remind you when my TV was cable connected I did not have any problem. Hoping you would atleast care to respond on this matter.
