Shade variance / Design Variance

I have purchased Wall tiles from Prajapati & sons, Opp Meghalaya Flats, Nr sardar Patel Statue, Nr Navrang School, Naranpura - Ahmedabad-380 014 (Gujarat) of Asian Granito - Brand - Bonzer - 7 -20 boxes of Cream & Braown with micro lines in which a huge shade variation found. The same was ordered and supplied in one shot despite the shade and design variation was found.

Now they are not ready to resupply new tiles and asking for the payment of Tiles

I paid cost for Fresh and first quality and got fourth quality product.

Please Lodge my complaint and require i will provide photo's etc.
