Recently i have visited Asian institute of Gastroenterology for my Father in law, We tried taking appointment with the Main doctor Nageswar reddy. We took it two days before itself and it was confirmed.

While taking appointment, my father in law (Patient) was asked to come with empty stomach by 8 AM and we were there. When we went we realized it was like a fish market. Father in law who is an aged person, who did not have anything, as prescribed, was made wait till 2 PM in the after noon... Can u imagine the recklessness of the staff and the process, IT IS absolutely ridiculous and even after they just took some test and sent us back saying we can meet the doctor in the evening after the test results!!!

When we went in the evening, same fish market. We were sent into some room, we dont know who the doctor, even though our appointment for some other doctor and the appointment was confirmed twice, but we were sent to some doctor and this doctor hardly took 10 sec to give the prescription and medicine.

It is really disappointing the way they are giving the treatment and the process that they are following. Totally unmanageable staff...

Please be aware of all these facts while going to hospital.
